  • What materials are used to make your felt products?

    • All of our products are made from 100% azo-free sheep wool, imported from New Zealand.

  • Where are your products made?

    • All of our products are hand made in Nepal by local artisans. This company emphasizes craftsmanship, sustainability, and fair trade, and it takes pride in producing high-quality felt products while upholding ethical values.

  • Are your finger puppets suitable for children?

    • They are suitable for all ages! But have been specifically designed for primary school aged children. Please note that they are not recommended for children under the ages of 3 without adult supervision

  • Do you offer wholesale orders?

  • How do I care for my finger puppets?

    • The manufactures recommend spot cleaning with water any marks or messes on our felt products.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    • I ship throughout Australia 

  • Can I customize my order with specific animals or colours?

    • At this stage I am unable to provide specific changes to any current stock, but if there is a specific animal you would like made, please feel free to contact me at hello@createandwonder.com to discuss options.

  • How long does it take to process and ship orders?

    • 2-3 Business Days

  • Are your finger puppets eco-friendly?

    • Yes, the manufacture I use is dedicated to being environmentally responsible. They use eco-friendly materials from renewable sources and design their production processes to cut waste and energy use. This ensures that their products have a minimal carbon footprint.

    • Create&Wonder is also looking towards implementing a tree planting initiative, to combat the carbon footprint that it takes to ship our products from Nepal, to Tasmania, and then onto you. Aiming to start in 2026
