​Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another once it has shipped.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together once that item is ready. Updates will be emailed as needed.

Shipping Locations

Create&Wonder currently ships to:

  • Australia

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Standard and Express options are available.

Australia

  • Standard: 5–7 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframes, delays can occur due to:

  • weather events

  • courier delays

  • peak periods

If your order is significantly delayed, email hello@createandwonder.com with your order number.

Express Shipping Disclaimer

Express shipping does not guarantee next-day delivery. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and Australia Post’s network.
Express will usually be faster, but public holidays, remote locations and courier delays may impact delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your parcel is handed to Australia Post, Create&Wonder is no longer responsible for loss or damage.

If an issue occurs:

  • Damaged Package: Photograph the damage and contact the courier immediately.

  • Marked as Delivered but Missing: Contact the courier directly with your tracking details.

Incorrect Address

Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout.
Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Important Timeframe

To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, your item must be received by Create&Wonder within 14 days from when you received your parcel (based on the tracking delivery date).

Eligibility Requirements

All returned items must be:

  • unused

  • unmarked

  • unaltered

  • undamaged

  • in original packaging

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be refunded or exchanged.
Create&Wonder reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet policy requirements.

Refunds

Refunds are only available when:

  • an item is faulty, OR

  • an item cannot be replaced

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return is approved.

Refunds Not Available For:

  • change of mind

  • sale items

  • promotional items

  • orders where discount codes have been applied

  • repurchasing an item at a sale price after buying it full price

  • second exchanges

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracked postage is strongly recommended.

Exchanges & Credit Notes

To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, items must be returned within 14 days and meet all condition requirements listed above.

Important Notes:

  • After one exchange on a full-price item, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • For second exchanges or returns involving sale/promotional items, a pre-paid return post bag must be included. If not included, you will be invoiced for the postage before the exchange is processed.

  • Credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Refunds can only be issued after you receive the item, and only if it is faulty.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank or card provider — processing times can vary

  3. If still missing, email hello@createandwonder.com
